Refund policy

 Right of withdrawal:

According to the German Civil Code (BGB), you have a right of withdrawal as a buyer when purchasing online. This means that you can withdraw from the purchase  (including gift cards, as long as the code has not been redeemed) within 14 days after receipt of the ordered items without giving any reason if you do not want to use the service.

The withdrawal is to be made via the returns portal. Alternatively via letter or e-mail. The 14-day period begins with receipt of the ordered items by you, however, at the earliest with receipt of this instruction. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to send the revocation in time.

Consequences of revocation:
In the event of an effective revocation, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs for both delivery and return. For products fulfilled by our external partners, their specific return policies apply.

The return of printed gift cards must also be registered by sending an email to shop@raus.life, but you do not need to send the card back – once we verify and deactivate the code, we will process your refund.
