After purchase, you will receive an email containing your gift card code along with a beautifully designed, downloadable PDF. You can easily print or forward this voucher to gift it to someone special.

The gift cards are valid for 3 years after purchase and can be redeemed for stays of a minimum of two nights.

How are the gift cards delivered?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a high-quality, printable PDF in a separate email from your booking confirmation. It might land in your spam folder, so be sure to double-check there too.
How long is the Gift Card valid for?
The Gift Card can be redeemed until 3 years after purchase.
How can I redeem the Gift Card?
How it works:
- Go to our Cabin page and select an available date for the cabin of your choice.
- Complete your booking as usual.
- Enter your gift card code on the final page of the checkout process in the “Code” field under the payment details.
Any remaining balance will stay on your gift card and can be used for a future booking.
What does the Gift Card apply for?
The Gift Card credit will be applied onto the entire sum of your booking, regardless if you only book the stay, or if you add extras.
Can the gift card be redeemed for any type of stay?
The Gift Card can be redeemed for any cabin with a minimum stay of two nights. You can find all of our cabins on our Cabin Page.
How many guests can stay in a Raus cabin?
Our cabins of 16 square meters are designed for 2 adults. If you want to bring children, please get in touch with us and we‘ll make sure you‘ll find the amenities you need.
In case I don’t use 100% of my credits, will the rest remain valid?
Absolutely. Any credit left over will remain at your disposal within the validity period. Your code will remain valid for further bookings, until the full balance has been spent.
